Why not bring some glamour and chic into the nursery? I am a great “black” lover and still wonder why there are so little things available in black for babies or kids. I don’t believe anymore in the sole use of primary colors for our little ones. Some elegance, style and even glamour can be added in the world of the mini’s don't you think? Luckily with the black and white trend and the pastel movement we are heading in the right direction :-). Here I show you some black & gold items for a glam and sleek nursery. 1 Fun but sophisticated mobile Mr. Moustache from Jäll & Tofta. 2 This Rabbit lamp by Front is an all time favorite of mine. From the Dutch label Moooi. 3 Simple but stylish playpen Brent from Bopita. 4 Some sticker fun can’t be missed in a nursery nowadays. These bowlers are from my own collection and can be found here. 5 The bear is a powder coated mild steel coat hook with a matte black finish from Heather Alstead.

Our home in the Dutch magazine Ariadne at Home
Some while ago I told you that the lovely Holly Marder photographed our home. And boy she did a great job. Her photos from our house and familiy were already published at Decor8, the English magazine 25 beautiful homes (see this blogpost) and now it is also featured in the Dutch magazine Ariadne at Home! I like it, I like it a lot! So thanks Ariadne at Home and Holly Marder, it was great working with you! Hope to do it some time again!
