Just a photo I took last week from Fiene. She wears the hat that her brother uses for his magician act. It's wonderful to see him conjuring his little tricks. Not that he is a master yet at it but it does make my motherheart feel very proud to see my little magician in action. Fiene just likes to play around with the magicians attributes and I thought the hat looks good on her :-) Have a nice week and enjoy the little/great gifts that life gives you.

My (white kitchen) wishlist
There are some items in life you dream about to have some day. They are on your wishlist for years but they still aren’t in your possession yet . Often because there is soo much on your wishlist, or because they are a bit too expensive to ask for a gift… Well here are my dream products which I once hope to see shine in our kitchen. 1 This stylish Vipp Soap dispenser would just be a little jewel on our countertop. 2 I dream from a Le Creuset cast iron pan for years, but still haven’t manage someone to buy it for me :-). Who knows next Christmas… 3 This is actually on top of my wishlist. How beautiful and particularly how handy this KitchenAid stand mixer would be! 4 This Dualit mixer has a shiny silver coat that makes me smile.
What do you really want to see shining on your countertop?

Sleep in beauty...
I told you before about Dutch designer Marcel Wanders and that I like his style. Well here is some more preciousness from his hand. He created a collection of bedding and bathing products for the company Van Es Home. Inspired by the intimacy and moodiness that characterizes the paintings of the Dutch Masters, the resulting collection is an elegant mix of historical patterns with a modern twist. Duvet covers, bath towels and accessories in a variety of luxury fabrics and timeless colours. I wouldn’t mind to sleep under one of these beauties, would you?

Stylish prints for baby & children clothing
As some of you already know I designed several prints for the baby & children clothes from GoodMoodKid. Since this year they have a new website and I created a new collection with my nicest and cutest prints for them! Here I show you the renewed collection prints. What do you think of them?
GoodMoodKid clothes are made from 95% cotton and 5% elasthine, so very easy & comfortable to wear. The clothes have a good fit and they look very fashionable with one of my prints on it ;-)! When you order a piece of clothing with one of my prints (before 17th February) you get 10% discount with the code: GoodHaikje (sorry, the GoodMoodKid website is only in Dutch...)

ONSHUS is a Dutch label that makes beautiful handmade tableware with white glazed ceramic. If you look closely, you can see the dots subtly hiding their name (ONSHUS). ONSHUS also has a collection of other self-designed home accessories with a surprisingly Dutch / Scandinavian atmosphere: pure, natural and honest. Modern Folklore
What do you think of this Modern Folklore Nursery moodboard? Maybe a little different than you expect from me, but I like it! I think I personally wouldn’t go that far to decorate my own nursery like this. Because for me the combination red & green is a little bit too intense to use in my interior (in my graphic work I do use it some times :-)). But for the people in this world for whom colors can’t be bright enough and who love to combine those bright colors I believe this would make a great nursery. The nursery has a little folklore feeling which makes it cosy, warm & cheerful. 1 This dotted bird is a coat rack from Pakhuis Oost. 2 Lovely bird house from Miho design. 3 Cot from Piet Hein Eek. 4 Apple pillow from Oeuf NYC. 5 This Bambi is actually a lamp. 6 Green checkered blanket cover from Cottonbaby.

Elegant stroller from Bugaboo
When you see this stroller you WANT to have it don’t you? At least I do :-). This is the bugaboo cameleon³ sahara, expedition deluxe. Imagine the far stretching dunes of the mighty Sahara desert and the sense of freedom felt in its endless scenery. Bugaboo found inspiration in the warm and honey colored sand dunes focusing on unconventional, rugged materials while designing this elegant stroller. The cameleon³ sahara features a sophisticated, natural beige tone, refined with embroidery and faux-leather details. The design is refreshing, warm and pure, all at once. The inner lining of the sun canopy, apron and mattress cover are a soft quilted jersey, while the outside of the sun canopy and apron's yarn dyed canvas protects your baby from rough weather offering coolness from the hot sun. The rotating carry handle and handlebar feature a distinguished brown faux-leather detail with embroidery stitching on the inside. Bugaboo combined subtle honey colored tones with vintage elements for parents who want to stroll with their baby in style.
Well have a good weekend you all!
