Dutch design lamps

Recently I came across these lampshades from Studio Snowpuppe. Aren’t they beautiful?, I think they look like a perfect ice cream, or a meringue! The lamps are made from paper and are available in different colors. Studio Snowpuppe is located in The Netherlands and consists out of: Nellianna van den Baard (architect), Kenneth Veenenbos (industrial designer) and Jan van den Baard (ex-furniture maker). They hope Snowpuppe lamps will make you smile and bright up your living!

Lovely, tiny castle

Monday I had a lovely lunch at this beautiful "Kasteeltje Hattem"

"Kasteeltje Hattem" is a nice restaurant in a castle. Though the castle is very old, the interior is very modern and comfortable. It is in my personal top 3 wedding locations, so if Rik is going to pop the question... maybe our wedding will be in this nice little castle!

Natural Sweetness

t.e. 079 is the name of this Flax pouf from Christien Meindertsma. In the collection from Thomas Eyck.

I came across all kinds of beautiful wooden and green objects. So I was inspired to make this little production called “Natural sweetness”.  1 Handy boxes from Rie Elise Larssen 2 Footstool from the Nuance serie from Casamania. Designed by Luca Nichetto. 3 How cute is this lamp from Rie Elise Larssen? I really like the nostalgic feel of it. 4 This outdoor bench has the name Titikaka and is from designer Naoto Fukasawa for B&B Italia. 5 My Deer lamp from Ferm Living. I would really love this one in Fiene’s bedroom.

Lovely children's clothes

During my (never ending :-)) search trough the worldwide web I came across these lovely children's clothes. They are from Flora and Henri. Flora and Henri opened its doors in 1998 introducing breathtaking boutiques, a catalogue and a website of children’s clothing, shoes and gifts. They combine the finest european fabrics with superior craftsmanship to create a collection for ages newborn to 10 year that is unique. I really like these little clothes and onesies, classic thouch fresh and modern.
